Eccentric lottery winner Charles, who lives alone on a distant island, tries to turn his dreams into a reality by picking up his favorite musician, Herb McGwyer, to play an exclusive, private concert. Knowing Herb, Charles also picked up old favorites with her new husband and ex-girlfriend Herb ex-band and ex-girlfriends. As the Tempers burst and the old tensions are refurbished, the stormy weather traps all of them on the island, and Charles is desperately looking for a way to save his dream concert.
