Abrams’ “Lost” almost had a completely different cast
Narrative
Survivors of a plane crash are forced to work together to survive on a seemingly deserted tropical island… J.J. See which A-listers didn’t make it onto one of the most popular TV shows of all time. Sawyer’s character was originally supposed to be an older, handsome, suit-wearing urban crook from Buffalo, NY. But when Josh Holloway forgot a line during auditions and then kicked a chair in frustration and swore loudly, the writers liked the edge it gave Sawyer’s character and decided to write Sawyer as a more Southern, darker drifter. Jin and Sun are married and share the last name “Kwon,” which becomes a major plot point in the final season.

But when Koreans get married, the wife never takes her husband’s last name. In fact, in Korea, it’s not even allowed to marry with the same last name except in rare circumstances.. [repeated line] Desmond Hume: See you in the next life, bro.. The strange opening credits were created by J.J. Abrams carrying a laptop in black and white as a tribute to The Twilight Zone.. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably heard of the hit show LOST.
Well, let’s put it this way
You’ve seen the previews, read the 5-star reviews, and heard the chatter at the water cooler about it. If you haven’t started watching it yet, you might be wondering if you should start. If you like shows with action, you’ll love LOST. If you like shows with complex characters and interactions, you’ll love LOST. If you like shows with drama, mystery, and suspense, you will love LOST. If you like shows with humor, you’ll love LOST.
At first, there’s confusion
If you like shows where you can watch the same episode twice and view it completely differently, you’ll love LOST. If you like shows where every scene has meaning… Picture it? Simply put, if you’ve ever liked a TV show, you’ll be hooked. LOST is a show about a plane crash on a mysterious island. There are 48 survivors, but the show is about 14 people, all with secrets.
In short, watch it
But the show goes on, friendships are formed and we learn that there is more to the island than meets the eye… The characters are fantastic – ignore those who say the cast is so diverse it’s cliché, these are probably the same people who would have criticized it if it was all white. You will be hooked, unless you are one of those picky people who has a hernia if every little thing in the very first episode isn’t exactly right. Otherwise I have to ask… Why aren’t you watching? 10/10
